Appeals Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the on-line test you may appeal. In the first instance you should contact your course tutor and explain your concerns to them. If the course tutor is unable to resolve the issue you can then make an appeal to mylearnadriend Ltd. Mylearnadfriend are the NOCN centre who delivers this on-line qualification. If mylearnadfriend fail to resolve the issue you may appeal directly to NOCN.

An appeal must be lodged within 25 working days of the learner receiving notification of the result.

The appeal should be made using the Appeal About an Award of Credit or a Qualification Form. The completed form should be forwarded to [email protected] by read receipt email.
